Importance of ownership in Management "calling your employees team members".

Managing the manpower in your company; for your company is never easy.Its a whole set of evolution: which evolved in the field of management. Its starts with calling your employees as team members. It makes the team members feel important for the organisation, "smaller or bigger" and  make employers empowers to manage a team in more effective and dynamic manner to achieve high end results.

Our team members to feel like owners. Give them tools of power for self-motivation, that is first reflection for the more generous management team; Is to put together an incentive package.

For the multinational corporations, it may be a stock purchase or grant of equity. These are optimistic maneuvers and represents the important step in the management work to build and engage the high performing team.
Commonly we ask our team members "Do this, this way", instead of saying this ask team members:

How can we best accomplish this?

What do you think?

I assume what would happen if we did this?

Even if you already have a good idea of what needs to be done, an inclusive conversation of feed back and check mechanism will take your product or service to an unexpected place. 

We should allow curiosity and engagement to be unfolded in our managerial operations on daily bases. As team members perform engagement and capability, it will give them wings to have more better performance and control of their tasks.
